Shipping information

Parcels are delivered by GLS courier service.

Delivery will take place between 8:00 and 17:00; the exact time of delivery within this period will be determined unilaterally by the courier service delivering the goods.

Orders placed on a non-working day (weekend, public holiday, bank holiday) will be received and processed by the Service Provider on the following working day.

Payment for delivery

Orders of any total amount can be placed via the webshop, there is no minimum order amount.

There is no cash on delivery, packages can only be sent with prepayment (bank transfer, credit card payment, Paypal). We will dispatch the parcel if your payment has been credited to our account by 14:00. The amount you pay will include the delivery fee, so you will not pay anything to the courier when you receive your parcel.
