*Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) helps maintain memory and cognitive function and supports cognitive performance. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal homocysteine metabolism, as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and to normal psychological function, as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
